TWO men have been arrested over an alleged attack in York city-centre that left a man with serious face injuries.
The victim suffered a broken nose and a suspected fractured cheek-bone and eye socket, when he was attacked in Kennedy’s bar, in Little Stonegate, at about 1am on Saturday, police said.
The men, aged 41 and 55, were arrested shortlly afterwards in Duncombe Place on suspicion of assault. They have been released on bail, and the victim was taken to York Hospital.
