Do you know this man? Police have released this CCTV image as they investigate an incident of antisocial behaviour on a train.

British Transport Police would like to speak to the man following an incident on a train as it travelled between Northallerton and York on Saturday, November 24, at about 6.30pm.

PC Harry Thompson said: “A lady from Northallerton was travelling with her five-year-old granddaughter on the 17.19 Sunderland to London Kings Cross service, when a heavily intoxicated man wearing a Sunderland football shirt began using abusive language. When the victim asked him to stop, he continued swearing and using unacceptable language directed at her.”
