HUNDREDS of people gathered in York to admire and buy toys and miniature railway equipment at an event at York Racecourse.
Dozens of stalls filled the Knavesmire Stand yesterday, selling everything from James Bond and Star Wars memorabilia, to model train tracks and locomotives.
Organiser David Webb said: “We’ve been doing this for about 20 years now, with five or six per year, and they’re still doing well. The numbers are pretty steady.
“We had about 600 through the door by 11am, and the stallholders have come from all around.”
