City flats plan for Holgate Road car park

SIX new flats could be built on a car-park in York.
Plans have been handed in to City of York Council to create the apartments on land which is currently used for parking for eight vehicles off Holgate Road, next to Mount Court.
If the proposals by Experian Developments Ltd are approved, the properties would be based within a three-storey block, with planners set to make a decision on the scheme in December.
