DETECTIVES have charged two more men in connection with the death of 21-year-old Sam Wilson, who was hit by a taxi following a violent incident in Haxby Road in the early hours of Saturday.
The 19 and 20-year-old men were arrested on Monday, and have each been charged with one count of manslaughter. They are due to appear before York Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
A 20-year-old man, Linden Lee Smith, of Kirkham Avenue, Bell Farm, was charged with manslaughter on Sunday, and has been released on bail until he appears before York Crown Court later this month.
