NORTH Yorkshire brewery Black Sheep has made its most famous beer available on keg as well as cask, 22 years after its launch.
The Masham firm’s Best Bitter will offer drinkers “a new experience, which continues to deliver on quality and taste”, the company said.
Many large brewers have experimented more with keg beers as well as cask, to cater for changing tastes and techniques.
Jo Theakston, sales and marketing director at Black Sheep, said: “We have had a phenomenal demand for Black Sheep to produce its first keg beer, and what better place to start than with Best Bitter, our most popular, and one of the UK’s best-known, beers.”
