DON Walls, York's veteran resident poet, will give a reading of a multitude of his poems as part of the York 50+ Festival at the Unitarian Chapel, St Saviourgate, York, on Saturday from 7.30pm to 9pm.
York Unitarians will play host to Don presenting Somewhere Else, with tickets available at £5, concessions £3, on the door from 7pm.
"We are always so pleased when Don reads his poems," says event organiser Claire Lee. "The poems are so wonderful and actually hearing Don reading them is a real delight."
There will be a short interval for refreshments.
