PERFORMANCE poet Luke Wright will bring his award winning show to Selby this week.
What I Learned From Johnny Bevan won the Fringe First Award and Stage Award at the Edinburgh Festival last year, and was described by one reviewer as a one man This Is England.
The show, on Friday, April 8 at Selby Town Hall, follows a teenager's life through university and beyond, set during the late 1990s and 20 years later, as he tries to save the titular Johnny Bevan.
Tickets are available now from the town hall, by phoning 01757 708449 or at selbytownhall.co.uk and cost £11 in advance, or £13 on the door.
