CASTING director Jo Adamson-Parker is to return to York to lead a children’s drama workshop at The Railway Institute, Queen Street, on August 24.
Jo has spent almost 20 years working within the theatre, film and television industry, finding vibrant and exciting casts.
Jo will be leading the workshop together with Jeanette Percival, an experienced drama tutor who has taught A-level Performing Arts and led many youth theatre workshops around Yorkshire.
“I was really impressed with York’s young talent at last year’s workshop and I’m looking forward to meeting some familiar and new faces this summer,” says Jo.
The workshops are aimed at budding actors aged nine to 16 The workshop will run from 10am to 4.15pm and will include a question and session towards the end of the day, which parents are welcome to join.
