AUDITIONS for York Light Youth’s autumn production of Les Misérables School Edition will be held on Saturday, July 12 at Lidgett Grove Methodist Church, Wheatlands Road, York.
Rehearsals will begin a week later, followed by recalls for principal roles on July 26.
The company is seeking 11 to 19 year olds to take part in Boublil and Schonberg’s show in a version designed for students that will run from October 31 to November 8 at the Joseph Rowntree Theatre, York.
York Light Youth has staged two productions so far: Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat last October and Disney’s High School Musical in May, both at the Jo Ro theatre.
