NIGHTSHADE Productions and ReStage Theatre are to hold open auditions next month for their joint show project The Three Musketeers.
“The show will be an immersive promenade theatre piece on the streets of York in July and requires a cast of 30 community actors who will receive professional fight choreography training,” said company founder Damian Freddi.
“The show is intended as part of a number of historical and educational theatre events to be produced over the summer that will promote community talent, while celebrating the unique and atmospheric backdrop offered by the streets of York.”
Auditions will take place at the Royal Oak Inn, in Goodramgate, between April 2 and 13. “Applicants of any age will be accepted and should prepare a two-minute monologue, as well as the audition piece that they will be sent after applying,” added Damian.
