IT might not be such a laughing matter when three comedians are expected to walk into a bar in Worcester for a gig, but one of them can't make it.

But organisers of the "An Englishman, Chinaman a Joker walk into a bar" tour don't see it as a problem, because it adds an element of mystery to the show.

Originally, the show, set to come to The Punchbowl Inn in Ronkswood, on Friday July 8, from 7.30pm, was called "An Englishman, Chinaman and a Jewish Man walk into a bar, but the Jewish comedian had to pull out.

Tour manager, Alana-Jade Cooper said: "We've had a few changes to our show since we began as "An Englishman, Chinaman Jewish Man walk into a bar" due to matters beyond our control that led to our third member having to pull out of the tour.

" Since then we decided to utilise this as a great opportunity to showcase all the wonderfully varied types of people within the comedy circuit and have a "mystery guest joker" host each date of the tour."

She added: "Join Matt Fong, Nick Banks and a mystery joker as they take you through each of their own diverse perspectives of identity in modern life."

Matt Fong is described "a witty, whimsical, story-teller whose material is as sharp and

diverse as his sarcasm".

He has been performing professionally for just over six years "and is a great mix of light-hearted, politically correct humour; half Chinese, half English, one hundred per cent funny".

Nick Banks is the token Englishman. Born in Plymouth, he was lost at an early

age "to be raised up north by a tribe of Monkey-hangers".

He has a sickly sweet, dark humour "that will possibly make your nan blush but, don't panic - just spray him with a little water and he will be sure to calm down".
