Katie Price tells Jeremy Kyle: 'You saved my marriage'

The glamour model, appearing as a panel member on Loose Women, told guest Jeremy that she confirmed Kieran was cheating by employing the help of one of his show’s lie detector analysts.

The revelation came after Jeremy asked whether the ladies watched The Jeremy Kyle Show, with Katie, 37, replying: “You know I watch it because I got your lie detector test.”

She explained: “So I got the lie detector test from his show and that’s how I found out about Kieran cheating.

“Generally when you watch people on your show and they’re like, ‘Oh my gosh, it doesn’t work.’ That’s such rubbish because it so does work.”

Then she turned to Jeremy and said: “But, no, you really did save my marriage.”

The other panellists looked surprised that uncovering Kieran’s infidelity could have kept them together.

In response to Katie’s declaration, Linda Robson asked, puzzled: “By finding out that he cheated on you?”

Katie replied: “Yeah, but that’s the good thing, you did save my marriage.”

Katie’s marital woes made newspaper headlines when she discovered third husband Kieran had a seven-month affair with her best friend of 20 years, Jane Pountney.

Katie, who was pregnant at the time, demanded Kieran tell her the truth, but only Jeremy’s lie detector could provide the impetus to loosen his tongue.

Despite the betrayal, mum of five Katie eventually took Kieran back and the two are now happily on track with their marriage.

It seems to be third time lucky for Katie, who is divorced from Peter Andre and Alex Reid.

Katie’s ex Peter will be making an appearance on the show soon as the panel confirmed that men will be joining their ranks once a month to shake up the lunchtime show.

Jeremy made his own revelations during his appearance, admitting he had gone back to Magaluf to confront the bouncer who infamously pepper-sprayed him in July 2014 during filming for an episode of The Kyle Files – which viewers will be able to watch in a new series.
