Guests at Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan reportedly refused to stop partying until staff shut the power off at 4.30am.

Stars of Coronation Street and The Only Way Is Essex were among the celebrity guests who attended the wedding in Suffolk at the weekend, which saw Mark and Michelle – known as M&M to pals – tie the knot after nearly two and a half years of dating.

According to The Sun Mark and Michelle called it a night at around 12.30 am, along with most of their 120 guests. But some didn’t want the party to end, and were will going at 4.30am.

An insider told the newspaper: “They were having the time of their lives. They wouldn’t leave and had drunk a lot.

“In the end, staff just pulled the plug and they had to move on.”

Corrie star Brooke Vincent admitted to feeling a little the worse for wear on Twitter the next morning.

A source at the weeding also revealed that Michelle and Mark – who took part in Strictly Come Dancing last year – treated guests to the routine from Dirty Dancing, to the tune of Time Of My Life.

The couple had their first dance to Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing, during which Mark, 28, burst into tears. Michelle, 27, then changed into a shorter white dress for the dance from the hit film, which saw Patrick Swayze lift Jennifer Grey over his head.

No pictures have emerged from the big day as the couple are thought to have signed a lucrative magazine deal, with a marquee outside the church to keep the bride hidden as she entered. Mark and Michelle arrived back at the Essex home the next day and did their best to keep hidden from the waiting cameras.
