Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have spent a long weekend together, despite denying they are an item.

The friends - who co-starred together in That '70s Show - were pictured on a three-day trip to the coastal town of Carpinteria in California

Mila, 28, and Ashton, 34 - who split from wife Demi Moore in November amid rumours of his infidelity - drove to the town from Los Angeles together and spent much of the time in private.

But when they did venture out they were spotted together dining on sushi, buying sunflowers from a roadside stall and popping out for coffee in the morning.

The pair, who played an on-again, off-again couple on the hit sitcom, also shopped for furniture together and later had dinner with fellow cast members Wilmer Valderrama and Laura Prepon back in Los Angeles.

Mila's representative told People: "They have been friends for years and met up for dinner with a group of friends."

The That '70s Show cast are reported to be making a reunion appearance on Fox's 25th Anniversary special later this month.

Mila, who has been single since she split from her boyfriend of eight years Macaulay Culkin in 2010, recently said in an interview being single was "great".

Ashton was linked to writer-director Lorene Scafaria following his break-up with Demi.
