Ahead of her performance on the Brit Awards stage this year after a 20-year hiatus, we take a look at her major style statements over the past two decades.
1) Glamorous goddess
Madonna opted for a bright-red get-up for the LA premiere of Evita in 1996.
2) Goth girl
The singer turned heads when she turned up at the 1998 Golden Globes in Balenciaga’s Gothic-chic gown, where she won best actress for her performance in Evita.

Madonna went for the English rose look with a floral-print dress at the launch of her first children’s book The English Roses in London.
