IRISH folk singer Heidi Talbot will play a 7.30pm concert at the National Centre for Early Music, York, on April 14.
Heidi has toured extensively with Eddi Reader and Drever, McCusker, Woomble, and she received two nominations in the 2011 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards for Folk Singer of the Year and Best Traditional Track for Willie Taylor.
The album, The Last Star, was produced by her partner, John McCusker, who will be among the musicians joining Heidi for her NCEM gig.
