YOU'VE You've Got A Friend – The Music of James Taylor and Carole King, starring Steffan James and Kyla Brown, will play Harrogate Theatre on February 7.

This 50th anniversary tribute show comes from the same team behind The Simon & Garfunkel Story, Maple Tree Entertainment, written and directed by Dean Elliott, who, in his own words, "had a modicum of success as a performer", including playing the West End lead role of Buddy Holly in Buddy, The Musical, at the Duchess Theatre, London for two years, as well as on tours of the United States, Canada and Europe.

This heart-warming concert show is based on the friendship and musical relationship of Carole King and James Taylor, whose songs "shaped a generation". Among the featured compositions will be I Feel The Earth Move, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You), Fire And Rain, You Make Me Feel (Like A Natural Woman), Sweet Baby James, and You've Got A Friend.

Singer-songwriter Steffan James and international performer Kyla Brown will be joined by a cast of actor-musicians in the 7.30pm performance. Tickets are on sale on 01423 502116 or at harrogatetheatre.co.uk.
