TICKETS are "limited" for Steve Knightley's concert at the National Centre for Early Music in York on February 3 but more are being released for sale this week.

Knightley, the Show Of Hands frontman and multi-instrumentalist, is considered to be "one of England’s greatest singer-songwriters" with an extensive back catalogue of inspired compositions.

For his solo Landlocked tour, Knightley will be combining material from his albums Off the Beaten Track and All At Sea. The first part of the evening will draw on his treasure trove of original and traditional songs about the English countryside, while the second set will showcase the best of his rich nautical repertoire. There will be no support act.

The 7.30pm show is promoted in association with the Black Swan Folk Club. Ring the box office on 01904 658338 to check ticket availability.
