COURTEENERS will release their fifth album, Mapping The Rendezvous, on Ignition Records on October 21.

This will be preceded by the new single No One Will Ever Replace Us, a modern-day anthem dedicated to a very British kind of summertime love. “It’s about finding love in the unlikely surroundings of Glastonbury," says band member Liam Fray. "There’s almost an under-pinning fear about when you’ve got something so good, and you don’t want it to end.”

The track is available digitally from this week and is the second song to be issued as a teaser for Mapping The Rendezvous, following on from The 17th. Produced by the band’s regular collaborator Joe Cross, the hugely confident and supremely hook-heavy album is the first Courteeners' long player for their new record label.

The album will be accompanied by a dozen autumn dates, culminating in a Leeds First Direct Arena show – their only Yorkshire gig – on November 25.

Clean Cut Kid will support on all dates with additional support from Milburn in Leeds.
