REBECCA Newman, The People's Soprano from York, launches her Dare To Dream album at the Grand Assembly Rooms, home to the Ask Italian restaurant in York, on Sunday at 2pm.
The album will be available not only through Rebecca's website, rebeccanewman.co.uk, but also at HMV, whose York store is in Coney Street. "It's quite an achievement to get the album into HMV as an indie artist with no label," said the delighted soprano and songwriter.
Rebecca was featured in the Daily Mail on Thursday and will be appearing on BBC Look North on Monday evening. "I'm trying to get as much support and exposure as possible around the release," she said.
