VETERAN Irish duo Foster & Allen will play York Barbican on October 31 and Harrogate Royal Hall on November 14 as part of a 28-date autumn tour.
Mick and Tony will be performing such favourites as Bunch Of Thyme, Maggie, After All These Years and I Will Love You All My Life, while also promoting their new album, Gold And Silver Days. Released on October 6, it is expected to bring Foster & Allen their 31st chart album in a career stretching to more than three decades now.
Meanwhile, the duo's new television series, The Foster & Allen Show, will start on Sky Channel 191 on September 23 with broadcasts on Tuesdays from 9pm to 10pm, Saturdays, 1pm to 2pm, and Sundays, 8pm to 9pm. The shows are being recorded in HD and will include a diverse mix of easy listening, folk, country, Irish and traditional music and some new videos filmed on location.
