THE Felice Brothers are on the road, promoting their fifth studio album, Favorite Waitress, at the Leeds Irish Centre tomorrow night.

Released in June by their new label Dualtone, it is available digitally and on CD and 180 gram vinyl, with the first 500 copies of the vinyl being pressed on Cherry Licorice red, in homage to the track of the same name.

Hailing from the Catskills mountains, The Felice Brothers were self taught and cut their teeth playing as a family band at their carpenter father’s weekly Sunday barbecues. Debut album Through These Reins And Gone was self-released in 2006, followed by Tonight At The Arizona in 2007, Yonder Is The Clock in 2009 and Celebration, Florida in 2011.

In the line-up in 2014 are Ian Felice, James Felice, Josh Rawson, Greg Farley and David Estabrook, who sought to capture the spirit of their live shows on Favourite Waitress. In order to achieve this, they drove from their hometown in upstate New York to a studio in Arc in Omaha, Nebraska, road testing the raw, free-wheeling, romping songs in small clubs along the way.

The Felice Brothers also released a video trailer for the album, revealing portions of five songs, each given the band's own cinematic treatment:
