More than 300 acts applied to take part in Music On Rails, their names now recorded in Lynne's "little black festival book".

"I've probably had another 30 or so since then, via email, phone calls and social media, who'd be interested in doing another Music On Rails festival," she says. "So we hope to maybe do a two or three-day festival at the NRM next year and fit more of the area's hugely talented bands into the line-up."
