For over 25 years the Rythre Arms has been the Steak Mecca of Yorkshire. Nestled between Tadcaster and Selby this village pub and restaurant has been serving the best locally sourced beef available. Matured and butchered on the premises, the range and size of the steaks is huge, from the modest 6oz. Fillet to the huge 38oz. Giant T bone.
But it’s not just about the beef, this is a broad menu with some exceptional fresh seafood, lamb, pork and chicken. All the dishes are cooked fresh to order by renowned head chef Andrew Bennett and served in a traditional centuries old pub restaurant. With every meal you get fresh vegetables and potatoes and there is a great range of home made sauces to accompany the steak of your choice.
If you have the space left you can also try the homemade Jam Roly Poly or Lemon Cheesecake to finish. Proprietor’s Tony and Lisa Linley and manager Barbara Brown are ready to welcome you seven nights a week and on a Sunday lunch where you will find a traditional Roast beef dinner and fresh Yorkshire puddings.
