We think the local butcher, farmer or cheese-maker do an amazing job. Highly passionate and tireless in their quest to provide the very finest produce to their region. We choose to salute and wholeheartedly support such homegrown talent. Our new Homegrown & Local menu is testament to these legendary suppliers, without whom we would not be able to produce the great dishes we are known for in the Bistro at Hotel du Vin York.
I think dining out should be effortless, even if I do arrive at the busiest time of day, I want the service to be impeccable, never frustrating, and I want to know the produce on the menu is the very best the region has to offer. I don't do run of the mill, I will gladly download a voucher knowing full well it will be worth it. Therefore I du Vin.
