Valerie Storer, the Head Chef at the Dean Court, is vibrant, full of vitality and a passionate Chef. She is a champion of local and seasonal produce which features strongly throughout the menus.

D.C.H, the signature restaurant, has a fantastic location with tables boasting views of York Minster. It is the recipient of 2 AA Rosettes, the White Rose Taste of Yorkshire Award and excellent reviews in the Metro, the Times and Independent.

The Court Café-Bistro & Bar (pictured above) offers a lighter style brasserie-cum-bistro menu, full of fresh and interesting dishes for all times of day and evening. It is just the right place to meet for coffee, chill out with friends, enjoy a light lunch or supper or perhaps just get together for drinks. Early Bird Suppers are popular too. The Court also holds Jazz Suppers on the first Tuesday of every month - £15 including Jazz Supper Platter. Both eateries are air conditioned and boast a wine list with over one hundred bins, twenty of which are available ‘ by the glass’, plus lots of cocktails, smoothies, and a great range of coffees - all served in contemporary and relaxed surroundings.
