CITY Screen, York will be showing Le Week-End, director Roger Mitchell and writer Hanif Kureishi’s bittersweet tribute to the French New Wave movies of the 1960s, from tomorrow.
In addition to the colour print, the Picturehouse cinema also will present two exclusive screenings in black and white on Saturday at 8.50pm and Tuesday at 5.50pm.

To mark the opening of Le Week-End, City Screen has teamed up with Curzon Film World to provide a competition prize of a bundle of DVDs and an alternative French artwork poster for Le Week-End.
