SPACE 109, the community arts centre in Walmgate, York, presents The Other Stuff We Do, an art exhibition and auction tomorrow night (FRI) from 7pm to 9pm, Saturday from 1pm to 4pm and on Sunday from 2.30pm to 4pm.

On show will be paintings and artwork by the centre’s life-drawing group and this will be complemented by tomorrow's auction of life drawings at 8pm sharp to raise funds for Space 109 projects.

The auction will be cash only on the night and the bidding will start at £5. “Last year we raised more than £300, which goes a long way towards funding our community projects,” says manager Joanne Pullar.
