YORK Art Society is holding its 203rd Summer Exhibition and sale of original artwork, cards and prints at the De Grey Rooms, St Leonard's Place, York, until Sunday.
Doors are open from 10am to 5pm each day, except Sunday when the organisers will be closing at 3pm to allow time for dismantling. Entry is free and a raffle is being run to win one of three selections of greeting cards from the exhibiting artists at £1 per ticket.
This year's exhibition was organised at short notice by Ron Walker. Here the society's secretary, June Whittaker, is pictured with her painting Window Cat.
