Paul Tonkinson and Mark Little gig cancelled

SUNDAY’S Edinburgh Preview double bill of Paul Tonkinson and Mark Little at the Hyena Lounge Comedy Club at City Screen, York, has been cancelled at the acts’ request, all because of a clash with the England-Italy quarter final at Euro 2002.
Australian Little, however, will be in Hyena Lounge action on Saturday night in City Screen’s Basement bar, joined by Geordie motormouth Gavin Webster, deadpan Julian Deane and North Western host Katie Melgrew.
Doors open at 7.15pm for the 8pm start; tickets are available online.
