HYENA Lounge Comedy Club favourite Steve Harris headlines tomorrow’s Saturday Night Lounge line-up at The Duchess, York, where doors open at 7pm for the 8pm start.
“Steve is a past winner of the prestigious City Life Comedian Of The Year in Manchester and one of the most in-demand headline acts in the country, having established his reputation by supporting the likes of Lee Evans, Lee Mack and Peter Kay on tour,” says promoter Toby Clouston-Jones.
Dan Nightingale opens the show, fresh from filming his stand-up set for John Bishop’s new Saturday night television show. “He’s probably the funniest comedian you’ve never heard of,” says Toby.
Luke Benson takes tomorrow’s middle slot. “He’s making his Hyena Lounge debut but he’s already a veteran of the Edinburgh Fringe, a multi award-winning stand-up, and he regularly plays all the best London clubs,” says Toby.
Andrew Ryan is on MC duty on his return from a Middle East tour. “He’s quickly establishing himself as one of the best comperes in the country,” says Toby. “It’s a wonder we’re still able to afford to book him!”
Tickets are on sale at hyenalounge.com, on 01904 641413 and on the door.
