COMEDIAN Alan Davies is lining up even more Little Victories, one of them in York at the Grand Opera House on November 4.

On the back of his 55-date British tour of Little Victories in 2014, Davies already had added extra dates for spring 2015 and now is proud to announce 15 more shows in the autumn.

This expansionist pattern repeats the passage of his previous show, Life Is Pain, when his first British tour in more than a decade was extended twice, running for almost 18 months and culminating in the DVD release of a show filmed at the Hammersmith Apollo.

As busy as ever in his television work, last year Davies starred in the latest series of Jonathan Creek and at present he is recording a new series of QI, in his capacity as the resident dunderhead, and the second series of his show for the Dave channel, As Yet Untitled.

Tickets for his 8pm gig in York cost £26 on 0844 871 3024 or at atgtickets.com/york
