HYENA Lounge Comedy Club promoter Toby Clouston-Jones has been quick off the mark to bag hot-property comedian Katherine Ryan for a show at The Duchess, York, on April 24 next year.
"Katherine has decided to extend her sell-out British tour into 2015 and luckily agreed to bring her Glam Role Model show to York for what will be the smallest date on the whole tour," says a delighted Toby.
"She has quickly become a recognisable face on TV with appearances on Have I Got News For You, Live At The Apollo, Let's Dance For Comic Relief’, Mock The Week, QI, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, 8 Out Of 10 Cats and more, and this fresh, often dangerously fierce, pop culture-obsessed Canadian has been unaffected by publicised death threats."
