AL Murray, The Pub Landlord, gives a nod to Hull playwright Richard Bean’s farce One Man, Two Guvnors by calling his latest splenetic touring show One Man, One Guvnor.
Visiting the Grand Opera House, York, on November 16, the tour marks the 20th anniversary of Murray’s motor-mouth publican embarking on his one-man mission as the King Cnut of Common Sense, holding back a tide of bottled beer and ninny-state nonsense.
Murray last played the Opera House in November 2012 with his The Only Way Is Epic show. Tickets for One Man, One Guvnor, or 20 Years At The Lager Top, go on sale at £26.50 tomorrow at 9am on 0844 871 3024 or at atgtickets.com/york
