HARDEEP Singh Kohli examines the pitfalls and triumphs of a pure soul searching for love in his new touring stand-up show, Hardeep Is Your Love.

“Unfortunately that soul is trapped in the body of a 43-year-old, hairy, fat, brown man from Glasgow,” says Hardeep.

The tour takes in The Hyena Lounge Comedy Club at The Basement, City Screen, York, on Monday night, The Wardrobe in Leeds on Tuesday and Fruit in Hull on Wednesday.

Hardeep is a panellist on Channel 5’s current affairs show, The Wright Stuff, and has been a regular reporter on BBC1’s The One Show and a guest on BBC 1’s Question Time and This Week.

For Channel 4, he has written and presented the BAFTA-winning In Search Of The Tartan Turban, as well as Hardeep Does and the gambling series 50 Says You’ll Watch This.

He is a columnist for Scotland On Sunday and Contributing Editor for the Spectator and has written for the Independent On Sunday, The Times and the Observer. He presents programmes on BBC Radio 4 and 5 Live and has made documentaries for BBC Radio 2, 3 and 4.
