IT WASN'T a great return to Buckingham Road for Enfield manager Terry Back after his side's neat passing football was unpicked by the Ducks.

Things didn't always looked that way, and following a tame 15 minutes from both teams it was the E's who drew first blood in the 19th minute.

Samuel Okafor worked his way into the Aylesbury penalty area and was sent sprawling as a result of a very clumsy challenge.

Nothing was given for the infrindgement but the loose ball fell to Paul Armstrong who delivered a pin-point cross for Warren Waugh to beat Adam Wheeler, the Aylesbury goal keeper, from close range.

The lead wasn't to last for long though and within seconds Craig Maskell put the home side level with a free kick from just outside the penalty area which went through the wall and beyond the unsighted Kenny Addai.

Aylesbury took the lead on the half hour mark, when a long range shot by Kesie Ibe beat Addai to nestle in the back of the net via the far post.

Enfield did create chances to get back into the game but failed to take them and Maskell gave the home side a 3-1 lead at half time from the penalty spot after Stuart Coppard brought down Adam Campion.

The E's started the second period determined to get back into the game but their early pressure was to prove fruitless. The final nail in E's coffin was nailed in on 55 minutes when some fine interplay between Ibe and Joe Baker pulled Addai out of position and Ibe had the simplest of tasks in notching his second goal of the game.
