Mountain biking taster session in Dalby Forest

MEN and women aged 55 or over have the chance to try mountain biking in Dalby Forest for free on Wednesday and on April 6.
Purple Mountain bike hire centre, shop and café in the forest near Pickering, is offering the taster sessions, which include a bike and helmet, a short teaching demo, tips and a guided ride of 60 to 90 minutes followed by coffee and cakes or lunch.
