LUXURY retailer Swarovski has opened at York Designer Outlet, creating eight jobs.
The firm sells crystal glass sculptures and miniatures, jewellery and couture, home decor, and chandeliers.
Mike Thomas, centre manager at York Designer Outlet, owned by McArthurGlen, said: “Swarovski’s arrival marks the third new opening this year and McArthurGlen are delighted to have Swarovski join their portfolio.
“We feel the new opening will be extremely popular with shoppers in York, and the store adds to our growing portfolio of fashion and designer jewellery brands.”
Hayley Quinn, Swarovski’s managing director, said: “We are always thrilled when we get the opportunity to expand and expose our brand to a new set of customers.”
