THE father of missing York chef has marked the third anniversary of her disappearance by joining a sponsored run for Missing People at Regent’s Park in London, amid further media speculation about her whereabouts.
Peter Lawrence spoke at the 10km charity run, where he thanked people for supporting the Missing Rights Campaign, aimed at giving family members of missing people guardianship rights.
He was reported in one newspaper yesterday to have challenged claims Claudia, of Heworth, was seeing a lover before she vanished on March 18, 2009, saying she would tell him about her boyfriends.
He told another newspaper he was convinced she was adbucted. He said he would go to the Minister to say a prayer for her and later this week he would visit her house.
