The property to be demolished is a detached two storey building of traditional red brick construction.

City of York Council approved application reference no. 11/01652/FUL in September 2011 for the erection of 5 terraced dwellings with associated access following demolition of 279 Huntington Road. This consent applies to drawings submitted by David Chapman Associates numbered 10:03:03 Rev K received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st June 2011.

SERVICES
Gas, water, electricity and foul drainage services are currently connected from Huntington Road in to the existing house. It is proposed that surface water would drain into an underground holding tank located beneath the turning area and then be filtered back into the River Foss.
