Tories running scared

SO DAVID CAMERON is pleased the Scots are to be given a single in-out question about membership of the United Kingdom.

Pity he won’t allow the citizens of this country the same question in relation to membership of the EU. Instead we just get mealy-mouthed words about a possible distant referendum on renegotiation and threats about seizing back some powers.

And we only get those airy-fairy pronouncements because the Tories are running scared as more and more members desert them for UKIP.

The people of this country won't get a vote on the EU as they can't be trusted to do the right thing. Stay in.

When Yorkshire gets an independence vote, I trust Wressle will go for partition and remain part of England.

Then at least Mr Bloom won't be able to put himself forward for a Yorkshire/Humberside job (the ludicrous Police & Crime Commissioner) to grab another £70,000+ of public money per year in addition to the £80,000 + generous expenses he already "earns" as an MEP.

How many ridiculously-paid jobs does one gravy-train rider need?

Dear Godfrey,

I wish to point that no matter how much money is saved in the event of pulling out of the EU, the people will not benefit from it due to the rich elite, who are making cuts from the bottom up attacking the living standards of the people, and leaving themselves untouched by not paying their taxes morally and getting even more tax breaks because people are scared of them.
