Dragon restaurant proposal

HOW many residents living in the Barbican area are aware of the proposal by The Red Dragon (erstwhile Chinese restaurant) to have a licence for music and dancing until 3.30am?

At present there is scaffolding disguising notices to this effect in the windows.

Do you mean what used be the Spotted Cow?
I've been to many a loud and lairy gig till late there.
It'll be a return to form perhaps.
