LAST Friday’s letter from Maurice Vassie praised Justine Greening for attempting to withhold aid from despotic governments.
How ironic that only Ms Greening’s move to her new job has saved her from resignation following the mismanagement of the rail franchise and the resulting huge cost to the taxpayer.
Mr Vassie is quite right that one enduring coalition is that of unaccountable government and wasted money.
