We now see the problems for ordinary British citizens in European jails. There is no concept of habeas corpus in their law.
Fran Prenger is still in jail in Greece after six months, but is innocent.
The European Arrest Warrant means this could happen to any one of us. Indeed, it is happening on an ever greater scale.
