I WOULD like to add to Mr Rushton’s letter “Where are all our seats?” (September 21).
If the seats in Parliament Street were purchased with our council tax money then surely they belong to the citizens of York and we should be able to use them.
Another disgruntled pensioner who now rarely goes into town but no doubt will have to pay extra council tax next year.
