More respect please

MANY BBC commentators these days seem to have lost all respect for our top politicians. It galls me when they repeatedly refer to our Prime Minister and his deputy as “Cameron” and “Clegg”, but yet, in the same breath, refer to someone charged with committing horrific murders, as Mr.

Love them or hate them, politicians trying their best deserve more respect from BBC waffle merchants.

Ken Holmes, Cliffe Common, Selby .

I've don't recall any murderers being called Mr. Sutcliffe, Brady, West etc but not Mr Sutcliffe, Mr Brady, Mr West. Yet another utterly pointless letter by yet another of the attention seekers!

Respect has to be earned, but the PM and his acolyte have done nothing to earn mine.

They should think themselves lucky to be referred to by name - I could think of several things I'd rather call the pair of them.

If ever there was waffle, this certainly is Mr Ken Holmes.

Ken, er... Mr. Holmes, you have way too much time on your hands.

Somebody once said "You can tell when a politician is lying, his lips will move"
I have nothing to add to that.
