Think of us now

THIS Government is now going the same way as Labour did with our contribution in foreign aid, especially to India.

The latest reports suggest that the billions we give to India go to its defence industry; they have recently purchased three warships from Russia, and 12 or 24 fighter aircraft from the French.

Yet we still pumped millions of foreign aid to this country. Also, India is now testing rockets that will take men to the moon, etc. The Indian government has told our government that it does not want our foreign aid, but it falls on deaf hears.

Mr Cameron should listen to the electorate of this country for once.

You're not thinking tactically - aid isn't given from the goodness of our hearts, but to act as leverage, so the powers that be can manipulate foreign entities. When they say they don't want aid, what they really mean is they don't want their sovereignty interfering with.

Charity begins at home... yes india has poverty, but if the government there is to crackpot to deal their money out fairly then why should we be putting money into their pots when we have high unemployment which is only going to get higher as the tories force people who are blind/without legs/schitzophrenic/
etc off of disability and onto jobseekers in order to reduce taxes on the richest 5% of people in the country?
