FURTHER to my letter of August 16, it transpires that Julian Sturdy can only act on behalf of York Outer constituents.
I therefore urge any ex-carriageworks workers (who qualified for passes) who reside in the Outer York area to contact Mr Sturdy immediately, to join with Hugh Bayley on our behalf to regain our rightful passes.
Mr Sturdy’s office has indicated they would work together for us. Mr Bayley knows he has many constituents urging him to act.
This also applies to other ex-workers who live in Selby , Malton Scarborough, etc, so please contact your MP. Remember, if you do nothing you will get nothing.
