MONKS Cross – quarts and pint pots?

The report from the council’s transport officers has confirmed what was apparent all along – that the additional traffic generated by a vast increase in retail at Monk’s Cross, plus a football stadium, simply cannot be accommodated on existing roads. No amount of talking will change this.
